Product Description

The automatic tire vent trimmer is used to trim the air vent for the cured tire. The whole trimming process is without human intervention.

1. The process flow of automatic tire shaving machine:
1.1 Barcode reading and calling process parameters (normal mode or data mode)
1.2 Entering the retread (clamped in the center)
1.3 The pressing roller presses down and the tire rotates stably
1.4 The upper and lower blade groups respectively shave the rubber beard and rubber edges on the tire crown and sidewall
1.5 Equipment for resetting and kicking out tires
